Our large Superior suites may be booked for a minimum of 2 nights only. We reserve the right to charge a supplement for a one-night stay.

Children

Prices for children sharing their parents’ room:

up to 10 years – Free

11-14 years – €25

During July and August, children up to the age of 14 may share their parents’ room free of charge.

Our Services

Our half-board offers you a choice of warm and cold meals.

New – Three-quarter board:Our three-quarter board includes half-board and additional afternoon coffee with a slice of our famous home-made cake or gateau of your choice.

Tuesday is our day off and we offer our guests a cold buffet.

The two saunas (Finnish and infrared) warm both body and soul.

Soothing MASSAGESby the naturopath promise pure relaxation.

Just €2 will give you 8 minutes tanning time on our coin operated sunbed.

Please bring your Dog with you only by prior arrangement. We charge a one-off fee of €15 for deep cleaning your room. For stays of 4 days or longer we charge €30. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining areas.

If you would like to board your four-legged friend in the area, we can recommend the  Kennels of Ms. Anja Leimeister.

We offer inexpensive staff training and seminar facilities, with or without overnight stay. We and our partner Neuland will make sure that everything runs smoothly. Conduct your training event in modern rooms, equipped by Neuland.

The Wald-Hotel Heppe is happy to offer you a fasting programme to regenerate body and spirit.

Please register your interest in good time.

You will find an internet terminal in the guest lounge and may use it at any time free of charge. In addition, we provide internet access throughout the guest areas.

Departure

Your room in usually available from 15:00 hours on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 10:30 on your day of departure.

Late-Checkout

If you would like to enjoy the amenities of your room after 10:00 hours, you may book a late checkout, which allows you to use your room and all hotel facilities until 18:00 hours for just €12 per person.
