Sollten Sie, so schade es auch ist, einen Aufenthalt bei uns stornieren müssen, können Sie dies bis 4 Tage vorher kostenlos tun, bei Stornierungen ab 3 Tage vor Anreise berechnen wir 60% des Reisepreises.

For special offers such as “Midweek Special”, stay 7 days, pay 6 and the winter discount cannot be canceled free of charge; in the event of a cancellation, 100% of the travel price is due.

Please note that bookings made via booking.com, HRS, Expedia or other online booking platforms can only be canceled there and not directly with us.
